Week Three – Who Knows “What” I Am?!

I love the first devotional this week. Really take the time to think about “who knows that I am a Christian.” Wow, the answer to that question could be very telling. Then think about what do I need to change in my life to make that answer more clear to those around me. One of things I want to do and that I am learning from Outflow is to learn to serve MORE and to serve BETTER! Have fun this week with your devotions and post some of the things you are doing to become better at serving on the blog – I’m interested at how you are all doing at this thing called loving others through serving! Joann :)

“Act on what you hear! Those who hear and don’t act are like those who glance in the mirror, walk away and two minutes later have no idea who they are, what they look like.” – WOW!! Now that’s something to think about!! The verse for day 3, Philippians 2:1-4 has a lot of truth and wisdom in it-make sure you read and think about it! I love these responses!

hey well my goodness i didnt even do the devotions this eek yett :[ but today i went to walmart and well i was ther i saw this wicked cute family and this guy was in the army the dad. So i told my mom that they were soo cute and i all the sudden felt like we should give them money for their groceries. Well my mom gave me some money and i went over to the mom and gave her the money. I have never done that before and i have never felt like that in my life. I know that they really appreciatedf it and im defiently changed through it.

Guys go out and serve this communiy they need it and its so simple you can do anything to help someone and show Gods love. Hopw your all having a good week!!

as Oprah would say "gIVE BIG OR GO HOMEE!!"

Hey guys I realized I never posted the day one challenged that I did this week. In the first devo we were challenge to talk to a family member in some way that we struggle to love. Well I have a family member who we would say has a “vagabond” spirit. and for those of you that know that spirit from previous lessons you can understand the struggle in loving this person. So to go with the challenge I wrote a letter to this family member including some updated pics of Madie to talk to this person. So we will have to see what happens.

I did the day 5 devo today and we were challenged to do a household chore that no one normally likes to do without being asked to do it or telling anyone that you did it. So today I did a couple loads of laundry to get us ahead a bit. We are bad at getting laundry done and we are usually behind on this chore. I hope you guys really try this one… I WANT TO KNOW WHAT YOU GUYS DO!!
